Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Who we are
The Central Voice service (the "Service") is provided by Dhow Softwares("Dhow Softwares", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into an agreement with Dhow Softwares.
2. Acceptance
By registering for, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Authority and eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.
4. The Service
Central Voice is a media-monitoring platform that ingests public content and provides sentiment analysis, alerts, dashboards, and workflow tools relating to coverage of the Central African Republic.
5. Account and credentials
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not permit others to:
- use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, harassment, or spam;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing rate limits);
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent;
- use the Service to publish defamatory or unlawful content or to target individuals for harassment.
7. Intellectual property
Dhow Softwares and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and any improvements. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your paid plan.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Dhow Softwares a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
9. Payment, subscriptions, taxes, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for more information.
10. Service level
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from external failures such as upstream data-source outages.
11. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify Dhow Softwares against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of business of Dhow Softwares, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
16. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
