This Privacy Notice explains how Dhow Softwares ("Dhow Softwares", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the Central Voice service (the "Service"). Dhow Softwares is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service.

1. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), password (hashed), organisation, and role.
  • Support data: messages you send to our support team.
  • Usage and telemetry: pages visited, features used, timestamps, error logs, and device identifiers.
  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring pages.
  • Content you submit: flags, statements, notes, alert rules, and other data you enter into the Service.

Payment card and billing address data is collected by our payment provider Paddle, not by us.

2. Purposes and legal bases

  • Creating and administering your account — performance of a contract.
  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
  • Customer support — performance of a contract.
  • Sending service and administrative emails — performance of a contract.
  • Marketing communications, where permitted — consent or legitimate interests, with an opt-out.
  • Complying with law and enforcing our terms — legal obligation and legitimate interests.

3. Data sharing

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and subprocessors: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling providers acting on our instructions.
  • Merchant of Record — Paddle: Paddle.com Market Limited processes sales, subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf as the merchant of record. Paddle's handling of payment data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and compliance advisers when necessary.
  • Public authorities: where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights.

4. International transfers

We and our subprocessors may process personal data outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. 7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to authenticate users, remember preferences, and keep the site secure. If we enable analytics or marketing cookies, we will request your consent where required and allow you to manage preferences.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
